with over 45 year history in the Sri Lankan financial sector

Kanrich Finance has a storied past and we are proud of our history.

The roots of our company trace back to 1971 to the incorporation of Mutual Investments and Finance Ltd, under the Companies Ordinance No. 51 of 1938.

Kanrich Finance was Licensed by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011 and re-registered under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007. The company lived through a number of changes but focused strategic direction, strong leadership and experienced staff, fueled its progress over the years.

The company’s right of possession went from hand to hand until it was bought over by the existing owners, Mutual Holdings Pvt Ltd.

Under the tagline, “Relationships without borders”, we keep close ties with our clients and stakeholders to continuously thrive in the industry.

Our head office is conveniently located at No.69, Ward Place, Colombo 7 and it operates another 35 branches island wide.
